| 摘 要： | 目的:分析甲泼尼龙治疗毛细支气管炎(简称毛支炎)的疗效.方法:将64例我科确诊为毛支炎的患儿按就诊先后随机抽签分为治疗组34例和对照组30例,在综合治疗的基础上,对照组给予地塞米松0.25~0.5 mg/(kg·d),分2次静脉滴注;治疗组给予甲泼尼龙2 mg/(kg·次),2 次/d静脉滴注,疗程5 d左右.结果:治...
