| 摘 要： | 目的探寻治疗老年抑郁症比较理想的药物。方法将60例老年抑郁症患者随机分为2组,分别给予西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗,疗程6周。观察2组的疗效及副反应。结果西酞普兰与阿米替林疗效相当,西酞普兰副反应明显低于阿米替林。结论西酞普兰是治疗老年抑郁症较为理想的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To study a ideal drug for treatment of gerontic melancholia.Methods Sixty elderly patients with depression were treated randomly with citalopram or amitriptyline for six weeks.We observed the efficacy and side effects of the two groups.Results The both drugs were similar in efficacy.The side effects of citalopram were significantly lower than amitriptyline.Conclusion Citalopram is an ideal drug for gerontic melancholia. |
