早期胃癌病理特征及相关因素分析

目的探讨早期胃癌的病理特征及相关因素,为胃癌的诊治提供依据。方法收集山东省夏津县人民医院有完整随访资料的早期胃癌86例,分析其临床病理特征及相关因素。结果胃癌患者男女之比为2∶l,女性高发年龄40～55岁,较男性提前l0岁,发病部位以胃窦部最多见,老年早期胃癌多无症状,类型以1IC居多,组织学类型老年以中高分化腺癌为主,青年人以低分化腺癌最多。结论中老年胃癌发病率高,青年人病例从病理分型看恶性程度高,应提高对胃癌的认识,尽可能做到早诊断、早治疗。淋巴结转移、肿瘤侵及黏膜下层和组织分化差是影响早期胃癌生存的关键因素。
