急性心肌梗死患者早期血钾水平的检测及其临床意义

目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者早期血钾水平的检测及其临床意义。方法对急性心肌梗死的120例患者行抽血测定血钾、肌酸激酶同工酶、肌钙蛋白I、左心室射血分数,根据血钾水平,将低血钾60例作为观察组,正常血钾60例作为对照组,观察两组严重不良事件的发生情况。结果观察组肌酸激酶同工酶、肌钙蛋白I水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),左心室射血分数明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组严重不良事件的发生率明显高于对照组(P<.05)。结论低钾血症严重影响急性心肌梗死患者的预后,加强临床监测具有重大的临床意义。

Objective Discusses Acute-myocardial-infarction the patient early time Blood-Kalium level the examination and the clinical significance.Methods Draws blood to the Acute-myocardial-infarction 120 example patient line determines Blood-Kalium,creatine-kinase-isoenzyme,Troponin I,Left-Ventricular-Ejection-Fraction,according to the blood potassium level,will lower the Blood-Kalium 60 example to do for the observation group,the normal Blood-Kalium 60 example will do for the control group,will observe two group of Severity-Adverse-Event the occurrence situations.Results Observation group creatine-kinase-isoenzyme,the Troponin I level is higher than the control group obviously （P0.05）,Left-Ventricular-Ejection-Fraction is lower than the control group obviously （P0.05）,the observation group Severity-Adverse-Event formation rate is higher than the control group obviously （P0.05）.Conclusion Hypokalemia affects the Acute-myocardial-infarction patient＇s prognosis seriously,the enhancement clinical monitor has the significant clinical significance.
