氟喹诺酮类药物的不良反应分析

目的探讨氟喹诺酮类药物在临床应用中的一些不良反应,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法回顾性分析120例氟喹诺酮类药物的不良反应情况。结果氟喹诺酮类药物不良反涉及7个品种,不良反应发生在身体各器官系统。主要表现为恶心、腹泻、头痛及失眠等症状,多数不良反应转归良好。结论临床应用氟喹诺酮类药物时,要严格掌握适应证和患者体质,合理用药,减轻不良反应的发生。
