胸膜间皮瘤28例CT诊断分析

目的分析胸膜间皮瘤的CT征象,提高对胸膜间皮瘤的诊断。方法回顾性分析28例经手术病理证实的胸膜间皮瘤患者的CT征象。结果 28例胸膜间皮瘤患者中,良性9例,恶性19例。28例病例CT表现均有广泛胸膜增厚和增强结节,25例合并叶间裂增厚,17例合并胸腔积液,7例胸膜收缩、胸廓塌陷,4例胸壁侵犯,1例心包转移,5例肋骨转移,3例胸膜钙化。结论 CT在胸膜间皮瘤的定性诊断及确诊病变范围、形态及胸壁和纵隔结构是否受侵犯及侵犯程度上有很大的价值,但本病的最终确诊仍需要病理学的证实。
