紫杉醇同步放化疗治疗晚期子宫内膜癌疗效观察

目的 研究紫杉醇同步放化疗治疗晚期子宫内膜癌的疗效及不良反应.方法 将90例晚期子宫内膜癌患者随机分为放疗组、顺铂组和紫杉醇组,每组30例.放疗组采用单纯放疗,顺铂组采用顺铂同步放化疗,紫杉醇组采用紫杉醇同步放化疗.结果 紫杉醇组和顺铂组近期临床疗效均高于放疗组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;紫杉醇组胃肠道反应和骨髓抑制高于放疗组,但低于顺铂组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 紫杉醇同步放化疗能提高患者治疗效果.

Curative effect observation of Taxol combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy for advanced endometrial carcinoma

Objective To study the efficacy and adverse reactions of taxol combined with chemoradiotherapy simultaneously in the treatment of advanced endometrial carcinoma. Methods 90 cases of advanced endometrial carcinoma patients were randomly divided into radiotherapy group ,cisplatin group and taxol group, 30 cases in each group. Radiotherapy group was treated with radiotherapy alone, cisplatin group was treated with cisplatin combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy, and the taxol group was treated with taxel combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Results The efficacy of taxol group and cisplatin group were higher than that of radiotherapy group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ;gastrointestinal reaction and bone marrow inhibition of taxol group were higher than those of radiotherapy group, but lower than those of cisplatin group, the differenc had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Taxol combined with chemotherapy can improve the clinical efficacy.
