西藏山南地区高中生结核病防治知识知晓率调查

目的 调查西藏自治区山南地区高中生对结核病防治知识的了解现状,为结核病相关健康教育工作的实施提供参考依据.方法 采用多阶段抽样法,在西藏山南地区两所中学的高一和高二年级学生中抽取200名作为调查对象,使用统一设计的结核病防治相关知识调查问卷进行调查,并进行统计学分析.结果 被调查的学生对结核病防治知识核心信息总知晓率为47.3%,其中核心知识知晓率中最低的三项为＂结核病的减免政策＂、＂结核病的专业治疗机构＂、＂结核病的初诊机构＂,其知晓率分别为27.6%、31.6%、40.1%;性别、学校、年级、生源地均对结核病防治核心知识得分无影响.结论 被调查的学生对于结核病防治的相关防治知识知晓状况不理想,需加强结核病健康教育,增加学生的结核病防治意识.

Survey on awareness rate on knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and control among senior high school students in Lhokha of Tibet autonomous region of China

Objective To investigate the knowledge status of tuberculosis （TB） prevention and control among senior high school students in Lhokha of Tibet autonomous region of China, and to provide reference for practice of health education related to TB. Methods Multi-stage sampling method was adopted to investigate among 200 fresh students and junior students from two high schools in Lhokha of Tibet. Universal designed questionnaire of TB prevention and control was conducted and the data was analyzed statistically. Results Among the respondents, the total awareness rate of core information of TB prevention and control was 48.6%, the lowest three of which were remission policy of TB, professional treatment institution of TB and newly diagnosed institution of TB ,with the awareness rate of 27.6% ,31.6% and 40.1% respectively. Core information score of TB prevention and control was irrelevant to sex, school, grade and origins of students. Conclusion The awareness rate of TB prevention and control among the respondents was unsatisfactory, and it is necessary to strengthen health education related to TB and raise the awareness of TB prevention and control of the students.
