空军某部士兵心理健康状况及与人格的相关性分析

目的了解空军某部士兵的心理健康状况及与人格的相关性，为有效开展心理卫生工作提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL一90）、卡特尔16PF量表，对922名空军士兵进行测试。结果（1）空军某部士兵SCL-90得分与军人常模比较，除恐怖因子外，其余各因子得分均明显偏低（P〈O．05，P〈O．01）。（2）在SCL-90多数因子得分上，以13年以上军龄士兵、机务士兵、警卫士兵、农村籍士兵、独生子女士兵的得分较高，差异有显著性（P〈O．05，P〈O．01）。（3）卡特尔16PF量表各因子除了幻想性、世故性外均与SCL-90因子相关。结论空军某部士兵心理健康状况基本良好，不同年龄、不同专业、不同户籍、是否独生子女之间的心理状况有所不同：心理健康状况与人格相关。

MENTAL HEALTH STATUS AND ITS CORRELATION WITH PERSONALITY OF THE SOLDIERS IN AN AIR FORCE UNIT

Objective To understand the mental health and the relation between it and the personality of the soldiers in an air force unit, so as to provide the basis for carrying out effective psychological work. Methods A total of 922 soldiers were tested by Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90） and Cartel 16 Personality Factor（PF） Scales. Results （ 1 ） The factor scores of SCL-90 except phobic anxiety were lower than those in military norm（P〈0.05, P〈 0.01 ）. （2）Aircraft crew soldiers, guard soldiers, country soldiers, only-child soldiers, and the soldiers of more than 13 years of military service had higher factor scores of SCL-90. （ 3 ） The factors of Cartel 16PF Scales except fantasy, sophistication were correlated with the factors of SCL-90. Conclusion The mental heath status of the sol- diers in the air force unit is good and correlated with the personality factors. However, soldiers of different age, spe- ciality, household register, only-child or not, have different mental health status.
