| 摘 要： | 用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验检测 30例急性白血病患者血清可溶性白细胞介素 - 2受体 (SIL -2R)水平。结果 急性白血病均显著高于正常对照组 ,且和病情的严重程度密切相关 ,是判定预后的一个有用的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the level and clinical sign ificance of sIL-2R in acute leukemia. Methods The double antibody sandwich ELISA assays was used to detect the level of sIL-2R. Results The sIL-2r level of acute leukemia was obvi ously higher than that of normal control group. Conclusion The sIL-2R level was closely related with the exacerbation of acute leukemia and it might be a usefu l index to predict the prognosis of patient. |
