| 摘 要： | 目的了解口服头孢克肟治疗小儿呼吸道感染的疗效。方法将2008年3月至2008年6月本院门诊年龄1～14岁的呼吸道感染患儿150例,给予头孢克肟口服,每次3～6mg/kg,2次/d口服,连服5 d。结果总有效率为91.2%,其中治愈为65.3%,好转为25.9%,无效为8.7%。结论口服头孢克肟治疗小儿呼吸道感染,使用方便、安全有效,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To know the curative effect of cefixime in the treatment of children with respiratory tract infection. Methods The service age of 1 - 14 children with respiratory tract infection from March to June 2008, give cefixime take orally, the 3 - 6 mg/kg takes orally 2 times everyday each time, connecting to take the 5 day. Results Total and efficient 91.2%, among them cure 65.3%, turn for the better 25.9%, invalid 8. 7%. Conclusion Use cefixime in the treatment of children with respiratory tract infection is convenience, safety valid, deserve the expansion. |
