口腔科无菌持物钳不同消毒方法的比较研究

目的 为解决口腔科诊疗中戊二醛浸泡的无菌持物钳夹持无菌器械、物品后残留液对皮肤、粘膜的腐蚀性与刺激性。方法 对两种消毒方法采用分组、分次和分时段进行微生物学监测。结果 用传统的2％戊二醛浸泡无菌持物钳与干燥状态下4h内无菌持物钳的菌落计数结果表明差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论 在常温、常湿环境下，经高压蒸汽灭菌后干燥的无菌持物钳可在4h内夹持无菌物品及器械，该方法使口腔科常规诊疗操作更加安全。

The studay on different sterilization methods of aseptic clipper in department of stomatology

To solve skin and mucosal causticity and harmfulness by glutaral residual fluid in aseptic clipper for patients in department of stomatology. Methods Biological monitoring of aseptic clipper under two states was made and analysed. Results Germ of surface in aseptic clipper by vapor sterilization was not detected within four houres. Conclusion This mothed is similarly effective and safer, compared with traditional sterilisation by 2% glutaraldehyde.
