心理护理干预对高血压患者生存质量的影响分析

目的探讨心理护理干预对高血压患者生存质量的影响。方法将2007年1月--2009年1月在我院进行治疗的高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各60例。对照组给予常规治疗和护理，观察组在常规治疗和护理的基础上给予心理护理干预。随访1年后，通过临床生化指标、生活质量综合评定量表和症状自评量表对比，两组实行不同管理后的效果。结果随访1年后，实验组临床生化指标优于对照组（P〈0．05）；实验组生活质量综合评定得分明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；症状自评得分低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论心理护理干预对于提高高血压患者的生存质量确有重要作用，值得在治疗和护理中进一步推广。

Study of Influence 0f Mental Nursing Intervention Mariagement on Quality of Life with Hypertension

OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of mental nursing intervention management on quality of life for patients with hypertension. METHOD 120 patients with hypertension in hospital in the period from 2007 to 2009 were sampled observation group and control group randomly. Control group received usual care, and observation group received mental nursing intervention apart from usual care. Clinical and biochemical indicators, Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 （GQOLI-74） and System Checklist （SCL） were used to compare the quality of life between observation group and control group after 1 year. All data were analyed by SPSS 13.0. RESULTS After one year intervention, Clinical and biochemical indicators of the observation group was better than the control group （P〈0.05） ; The quality of life of observation group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05） ; Symptom scores was less than the control group （P〈0.05） . CONCLUSION Mental nursing intervention management can improve patients＇ quality of life. It is worthy of further promotion in clinical and nursing.
