| 摘 要： | 目的：比较电灼治疗前后女性生殖道湿疣的免疫状态变化，了解患者其免疫功能在湿疣发展中的作用。方法：采用流式细胞技术及比浊法对４５ 例生殖道湿疣及３０ 例正常妇女的血淋巴细胞亚群及血清免疫球蛋白和补体进行检测。结果：湿疣者 Ｃ Ｄ３ 、 Ｃ Ｄ４ 、 Ｃ Ｄ４／ Ｃ Ｄ８ 及 Ｉｇ Ａ、 Ｃ３ 水平低于正常对照组，治疗后无复发者１２ 例的５ 项指标比治疗前升高，而复发者３３例则无变化。结论：免疫功能在湿疣的发生发展中起关键作用，电灼等治疗可刺激机体的免疫功能。

| Abstract: | Objective : To compare the im mune states between pre treatment and post treatment ,to investigate therole of im mune function in the development of condyloma acuminate . Methods : The lymphocyte subsets and serum im munoglobulins and C3 of 45 cases of condyloma acuminate and 30 healthy women were measured with flow cytometry andrate nephelometry assay . Result: The ratio of C D3 , C D4 , C D4/ C D8 and levelof Ig A, C D3 are lowerin C Apatientsthanin healthy women . Aftertreatment,the five values of12 cases of unrecurrent patients elevated ,but unchanged in 33 cas es of recurrent patients . Conclusion : Im mune function exert a key role in the development of condyloma acuminate ,physiotherapy such as electrocautery can irritate the immunity . |
