下颈椎脱位小关节突交锁复位后前路稳定手术效果观察

目的探讨下颈椎小关节突交锁牵引复位后前路稳定手术的治疗效果。方法下颈椎小关节突交锁患者29例先行牵引复位，然后再行前路椎间植骨融合固定。结果牵引复位成功26例，3例复位未成功者均伴有小关节骨折先行后路切开复位。本组病例前路手术后均获得骨性融合，未出现内固定松动、断裂、脱落。结论下颈椎小关节交锁颅骨牵引、闭合复位安全可靠，颈前路植骨融合固定，骨愈合可靠，生物强度高，足以维持颈椎稳定性。

Efficacy of anterior stabilization on small zygopophysis interlocking of infra-cervical spine

Objective To determine the therapeutic efficacy of anterior stabilization operation after traction reduction on small zygopophysis interlocking of infra-cervical spine.Methods Twenty-nine patients of infra-cervical spine small zygopophysis interlocking were treated by the traction reduction,bone graft and fusion-stabilization between the vertebras via the anterior approach.Results Twenty-six patients were successfully treated by traction reduction and 3 patients who were unsuccessful by were treated by open reduction,bone graft and fixation,and achieved bony fusion at last without loosing,breakage or shedding of the internal fixators.Conclusion The skull traction and closed reduction for small zygopophysis interlocking of infra-cervical spine is a safe and reliable way in that it can afford a firm hold of the cervical vertebrae and affirmative bone union.
