| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨对高血压病病人实施分级管理,进行社区护理干预的效果.方法]对社区140例高血压病病人实施分级管理、随访和社区护理干预,观察其效果.结果]护理干预后高血压病病人相关知识知晓率、遵医行为明显高于干预前,心脑血管疾病并发症的发病率明显低于干预前,均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论]对社区高血压病病人进行分级管理与护理干预,能有效提高高血压病病人的遵医行为,降低血压水平,减少并发症发生率.
