冠脉宁对麻醉犬脑血流量及脑血管阻力的影响

摘    要:目的 :了解冠脉宁 ( GMN)对麻醉犬脑血流量、脑血管阻力、血压、心电图及心率作用的影响。方法 :以犬为实验对象 ,结扎一侧颈外动脉及枕动脉 ,以电磁流量计测颈动脉血流量 ,用多道生理记录仪记录血压、心电图及心率的变化。结果 :冠脉宁 ( 0 .4和 1.0 g/kg)、步长脑心通胶囊 ( CBCHNXT,0 .64g/kg)均可明显增加麻醉犬的脑血流量 ( P<0 .0 5、P<0 .0 1、P<0 .0 5)及明显降低脑血管阻力( P<0 .0 5) ,但对麻醉犬的血压、心电图及心率均无明显影响。结论 :冠脉宁通过增加脑血流量和降低脑血管阻力 ,改善脑血液循环。

Abstract:Objective:To study the influence of Guanmaining (GMN) on the brain-blood flowing volume,cerebrovascular resistance,blood pressure and electrocardiogram (ECG) in anaesthetic dogs.Methods:Using dogs as experimental objects,we ligated one side of carotis external artery and occipitalis artery.Electromagnetic flowmeter was used to measure the blood flowing volume of carotis artery;polygraph system was used to investigate the change of blood pressure,ECG and heart rate.Results:Both GMN (0.4 g/kg,1.0 g/kg) and Capsule Buchangnaoxintong (CBCHNXT) (0.64 g/kg) could apparently increased the brain-blood flowing volume and reduced the cerebrovascular resistance ( P <0 05) in anaesthetic dogs,but they had no apparent effects on blood pressure,ECG and heart rate.Conclusion:GMN has a certain improving effects on brain blood circulation by increasing the brain-blood flowing vlume and reducing the cerebrovascular resistance.
