| 摘 要： | 局部麻醉药中毒是临床上严重的麻醉并发症,虽然不常见,但是危害性极大,救治困难,尤其是局部麻醉药中毒导致的呼吸心搏骤停,应用传统救治方法救治困难。脂肪乳剂可逆转局部麻醉药中毒导致的毒性,并成功用于局部麻醉药中毒的解救。该文就脂肪乳剂防治局部麻醉药中毒的机制和临床应用进展予以综述,为今后脂肪乳剂解救局部麻醉麻药中毒及其临床应用方案提供依据。

| Abstract: | Local anesthetic toxicity is a rare but severe anesthetic complication in clinical,especially the cardiac arrest,which is difficult to rescue with traditional treatment.Lipid emulsion can reverse the toxity of local anesthetic toxicity,and has been successfully applied.Here is to make a review on the research of mechanism and clinical application of lipid emulsion on resuscitation of local anesthetic toxicity to provide reference for the clinical solution in the future. |
