华佗磁疗贴压耳穴对200例脑瘫儿童体质调理的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨华佗磁疗贴压耳穴对改善脑瘫儿童体质,提高康复的疗效。方法：收集2011年5月至2012年5月,在湘雅博爱康复医院儿童康复中心治疗的体质虚弱、易惊的脑瘫儿童200例,用华佗磁疗贴压耳穴连续治疗3月,采用自身对照方法,比较治疗前后的效果及康复疗效。结果：显效125例,有效55例,无效20例,总有效率90.0%。对出汗过多、易感冒者显效170例,有效25例,总有效率97.5%;而易惊、睡眠差者显效125例,有效45例,总有效率85.0%。2组比较差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）,且无不良反应。结论：华佗磁疗贴压耳穴治疗脑瘫儿童体质虚弱、易惊的效果值得肯定,适宜应用于改善脑瘫儿童体质,提高康复疗效。

Clinical effect observation of Hua tuo magnetic auricular acupoint application for physical improving in the treatment of 200 cases of cerebral palsy children

Objective： To study the effect of Hua tuo magnetic auricular acupoint application in the treatment of cerebral palsy（ CP） children＇ s physical condition and the rehabilitation. Method： Statistics of 200 cases of cerebral palsy children who receive Huatuo magnetic auricular acupoint stickers therapy in Xiangyaboai rehabilitation hospital from May 2011 to May 2012. After three months, the treatment and rehabilitation effect was compared using self contrast method. Results： 125 cases got obvious effect, 55 cases were effective, 20 were invalid, and total effective rate was 90.0%. For CP children who were excessive sweating and easy to catch cold, 170 cases were markedly effective and 25 cases were effective, total effective rate was 97.5%. For CP children who were easily frightened and slept badly, 125 cases got markedly effect and 45 cases were effective, total effective rate was 85.0%. The two groups had significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） , and without adverse reaction. Conclusion： Huatuo magnetic stickers on auricular acupoint of CP children who are weak in physical condition and easy to frightened indeed have efficacy, and this therapy can be used to improve the physical condition of CP children, heighten rehabilitation effect.
