阿司匹林肠溶片联合双嘧达莫治疗脑血栓的临床效果

目的探讨肠溶阿司匹林联合双嘧达莫治疗脑血栓的临床效果及安全性。方法将52例脑血栓患者随机分为观察组和对照组各26例,观察组给予肠溶阿司匹林联合双嘧达莫治疗,对照组仅给予肠溶阿司匹林治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者的总有效率为100%,对照组患者的总有效率为76.92%,观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肠溶阿司匹林联合双嘧达莫治疗脑血栓的临床效果显著,优于单独用药,能显著改善脑血栓的形成,改善患者神经功能,有利于患者早日康复,并且使用安全、方便,值得临床推广应用。

the Clinical Effect of Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets Combined with Dipyridamole Treatment of Cerebralthrombosis

Objective Discuss Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets combined DIPYRIDAMOLE treatment Cerebralthrombosis clinical effectiveness and safety.Methods Will Cerebralthrombosis 52 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group all 26 cases,observation group was given Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets combined DIPYRIDAMOLE treatment group,only give Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets treatment,compared between the two groups patients clinical effect.Results The observation group patients total effective rate is 100% and patients in control group total effective rate is 76.92% and the therapeutic effect of observation group was better than control group,two groups of comparisons,a statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets combined DIPYRIDAMOLE the clinical effect of treatment of cerebral thrombosis significantly,which is higher than that of single use,can improve the Cerebralthrombosis formation,improve the patients nervous function,benefit to patients recover at an early date,and the use of safe,convenient,it is worth clinical application.
