| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨联合检测抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体（抗CCP抗体）及类风湿因子（RF）对类风湿性关节炎（RA）的临床诊断价值。方法：分别用ELISA法、速率散射比浊法联合检测66例RA患者和48例非RA的风湿病患者的血抗CCP抗体和RF。结果：抗CCP抗体和RF联合检测的特异性、阳性预测值、阳性似然比、阴性似然比与任何单一项检测比较均有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：联合检测抗CCP抗体和RF可明显提高类风湿性关节炎的诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical diagnosic value of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide(anti-CCP) antibody and rheu- matoid factor(RF) in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:Anti-CCP antibody was defected by quantitative ELISA and rheumatoid factor by BNP nephelometer in 66 cases of RA and 48 cases of non-RA rheumatic diseases.Results:The diag- nosis specificity,positive predictive value,positive/negative likelihood ratios of combinate determination of anti-CCP antibody and RF were significantly higher than either one.Conclusion:The measurements of anti-CCP antibody and rheumatoid factor will remarkably improve the accuracy of diagnosis of RA. |
