48例肺部炎性假瘤患者内科治疗体会

目的总结肺部炎性假瘤的临床诊治经验。方法分析我院呼吸内科收治48例肺部炎性假瘤临床资料。结果48例肺部炎性假瘤病人中,最终外科手术治疗23例(47.9%),放弃治疗8例,内科治疗17例(35.4%),其中病灶吸收明显者8例,病灶略有吸收者5例,病灶增大者4例。结论外科手术应为肺部炎性假瘤首选治疗方案;内科治疗可能有效,对于拒绝手术或无手术指征的患者可能为一种有效的选择。

The experience of Medicine Therapy in 48 cases with Pulmonary Inflammatory Pseudotumor

Objective To summarize and share the clinical experience in pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor treatment.Method Clinical data in 48 cases with pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor treated in our respiratory department from January 2000 to April 2011 were analyzed.Results Among 48 cases with pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor,23 cases were treated with complete surgical resection(47.9%),8 cases abstain from further therapy,and 17 cases were treated with antibiotics(35.4%).Among antibiotics therapy group,lesions were significantly absorbed in 8 cases,lesions were slightly absorbed in 5 cases and 4 cases were worse than before.Conclusion Surgical resection should be the first choice therapy in pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor.Medicine therapy may be a valid treatment in some patients who are no chance or refuse to surgical resection.
