| 摘 要： | 目的了解深圳献血员结核分枝杆菌潜伏感染的情况和相关特点。方法使用ELISPOT技术检测结核分枝杆菌特异性IFN-γ来了解1503例合格献血员结核分枝杆菌潜伏感染情况。结果 1503例合格献血员中有148例为结核分枝杆菌潜伏感染阳性,阳性率为9.85%,男性与女性阳性率没有差异,年龄在25岁以下人群阳性率低于年龄在25岁以上人群。结论献血员结核分枝杆菌潜伏感染问题不容忽视。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the characteristics of blood donors of with latent Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection in Shenzhen.Methods 1503 cases of eligible blood donors were collected and specific IFN-γwas detected by ELISPOT technique to understand the characteristics of latent Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection.Results There were 148 cases with latent Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection in 1503 cases of eligible blood donors,the positive rate was 9.85% and no difference observed between male and female.The positive rate for population under the age of 25 was lower than that of population over the age of 25.Conclusion The state of latent Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection in blood donors should not be ignored. |
