下肢深静脉血栓介入治疗的观察与护理

目的总结23例下肢深静脉血栓患者进行介入治疗前后的临床观察和护理经验。方法通过对23例确诊下肢深静脉血栓患者应用腔静脉滤器植入,行介入导管及经患侧足背静脉双向对端溶栓治疗前后,对患者采取细致而全面地观察和护理。结果 23例下肢深静脉血栓患者经过精心治疗和护理后均痊愈出院,无并发症发生,效果满意。结论加强基础护理工作,密切观察患者病情及患肢护理,尤其是心理护理及健康宣教,是溶栓治疗安全有效的保障,对确保疗效非常重要。

The observation and nursing care of patients with deep venous thrombosis receiving interventional treatment

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of patients with deep vein thrombosis receiving interventional therapy.Methods 23 patients confirmed deep vein thrombosis received vena cava filters impalantation and transcatheter thrombolytic therapy.Detailed and comprehensive observation and care were done in all patient.Results All patients were cured without complications,and results were satisfactory.Conclusion Basic care,close observation of patients with disease,limb care,especially psychological care and Health Education are important to thrombolytic therapy.
