| Abstract: | The use of β-blockers in the treatment of chronic heart failure can be literally intituled as a revolution of pharmacological therapy for this condition.Various guidelines mandate the use of β-blocker in patients with symptomatic systolic chronic heart failure.Even though,there remain some unanswered questions,especially in mechanisms of action of the agents,to be investigated in this field. |
