| 摘 要： | 本文报道了和县陈桥洲建立安全牧场、实施放牧规划控制耕牛血吸虫病流行的效果。结果耕牛感染率两年后由建场前的26.1％下降为2.0％,下降了92.5％。滩地钉螺感染率也显著下降,野粪的污染已明显减轻。初步显示实施安全放牧不失为控制洲滩地区耕牛血吸虫病流行的有效措施之一。

| Abstract: | This paper reported the effect of controlling schistosomiasis of cattle by building safety pasture in an islet region.The results showed that the prevalence rate of schistosomiasis in cattle was reduced from 26.1% to 2.0% during 1991-1993, a reduction of 92.5%.The prevalence rate of snail and density of infected snails were also decreased remarkedly, and the contaminnation of cattle dung was basically controlled in the snail-ridden areas after building safety pasture.The results pointed that building safety pasture in the islet regions is one of the effective treasures of controlling schistosomiasis of cattle. |
