口腔扁平苔藓患者血清IL-2、IL-4、IL-6水平与临床症状的相关性

目的 探讨不同类型口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)患者血清IL-2、IL-4、IL-6在OLP发病及治疗中的意义。方法 采用ELISA方法检测60例各型OLP患者血清IL-2、IL-4、IL-6的水平，记录患者的疼痛程度、充血和糜烂面积。结果 OLP患者血清IL-2、IL-4水平较对照组无显著差异，而各型OLP患者IL-6显著升高。糜烂型OLP患者IL-4水平显著高于对照。血清IL-2、IL-4水平与疼痛程度、充血面积和糜烂面积之间无相关性，而IL-6与三者呈正相关。结论 本研究支持自身免疫机制是OLP的发病机制之一的观点；在OLP的不同阶段患者的免疫状态是变化的；IL-6在OLP的发病中发挥了一定作用。血清IL-6水平也许可以作为动态监测OLP疾病进展的指标和疗效观察的指标。

Correlations between Serum Levels of Interleukin-2, Interleukin-4, Interleukin-6 and Clinical Symptoms in Patients with Oral Lichen Planus

Objective To examine serum IL-2, IL-4 and IL-6 levels in OLP patients with different clinical symptoms and explore the role of IL-2, IL-4 and IL-6 in the occurrence and therapy of OLP. Methods Serum IL-2, IL-4 and IL-6 levels in both 60 OLP patients and 30 normal controls were examined by means of ELISA. Their pain levels, congested area and erosive area were recorded. Results No significant differences of serum levels of IL-2 and IL-4 were detected between OLP patients and healthy controls. Serum IL-6 levels in all OLP patients were significantly higher. Erosive OLP patients had higher serum IL-4 levels than the controls. Serum IL-6 levels were positively correlated to VAS value, congested area and erosive area. No significant correlationship of serum IL-2 and IL-4 were found. Conclusion Autoimmunity is one of the etiologies of OLP. The immunity status vareies with different phase of OLP. IL-6 may play some roles in the occurrence of OLP and may be a useful marker in evaluating therapeutic effects and monitoring the disease status of OLP.
