新疆地区高尿酸血症患者体质类型调查分析

目的:探讨新疆地区高尿酸血症患者的中医体质分布情况。方法:采用标准化的9种中医体质分类量表对1400例高尿酸血症患者进行中医体质辨识。结果:9种体质类型按照出现频次的高低进行以下排列:处于前三位的依次为痰湿质,总计人数为621例,占总人数的18.74%;湿热质总计人数为543例,占总体的16.39%;平和质类型的总计人数为160例,占总体的4.83%。最终结果显示偏颇体质类型的总人数为600例,占总体比例的90.91%;单一体质类型的人数为223例,其比例为占总病例人数的33.79%,此外兼夹体质类型的人数为437例,占总体人数的66.21%。结论:高尿酸血症患者的偏颇体质主要以痰湿质、湿热质和瘀血质3种体质为主。

Investigation of the physical type of patients with HUA in Xinjiang region

Objective:To investigate the Xinjiang region of HUA in patients with TCM constitution distribution.Methods:Using standardized classification scale nine kinds of TCM constitution of 1400 cases of HUA in patients with TCM constitution recognition.Results:The nine kinds of physical types in accordance with the frequency of high and low for the following arrangement:in the top three,followed by the Tanshi type,the total number of 621 cases,accounting for 18.74% of the total number;of Shire type total number of 543 cases,accounting for the overall 16.39%;the Pinghe type total number of 160 cases,accounting for 4.83% of the total.Final results showed that biased constitutions in the total number of 600 cases,accounting for 90.91% of the population proportion;a single physical type of the number of 223 cases,the ratio is 33.79% of the total number of cases,in addition to the number of 437 cases and folders physical type,accounting for 66.21% of the overall number.Conclusion:Biased constitution of HUA in patients with mainly three kinds of constitution Tanshi type,Shire type and blood stasis type.
