酒依赖患者心率变异性与预后的关系

目的:研究酒依赖患者心率变异性对预后的评估价值。方法:筛选出本院2002～2011年间住院的病人186例进行心率变异检测后跟踪观察3年,共死亡15例,将186例分为死亡组15例和存活组171例,另设对照组15例。结果:死亡组SDNN、rMSSD、SDANN、PNN50值均低于存活组。死亡组HF、LF、TF较存活组和对照组显著下降(P0.01);而死亡组LF/HF比存活组和对照组显著升高(P0.01)。结论:随访3年中死亡组比存活组HRV更低,这对酒精依赖患者的预后有一定的评估价值,可作为评估酒依赖患者预后的一项指标。

The relationship between HRV of alcohol dependent patients and prognosis

Objective:To study on the prognosis of the assessed value of alcohol dependence in patients with heart rate variability(HRV).Methods:A hospital 186 cases of patients hospitalized between 2002 to 2011,after HRV testing,followed for three years,death in 15 cases,186 cases divided into death group(15cases) and survival group(171 cases),a separate control group of 15 cases.Results:The death group SDNN,rMSSD and,SDANN,PNN 50 values were lower than the survival group.Death group HF,LF,TF compared with survival group and the control group decreased significantly(P<0.01);death group LF/HF significantly increased(P<0.01) than the survival group and the control group.Conclusion:After the patients were followed up for three years,the death group was lower than the survival group HRV and prognosis assessment of alcohol dependence,dependent on the prognosis of patients with an indicator for evaluating the wine.
