| Abstract: | Nursing education is one of the most important components in the education of health science,which plays a critical role in training multiple levels of nursing professionals for the cause of health care in China.With the development of economy and health undertaking,the insufficiency in nursing human resources is becoming a serious problem in China.This paper gives a detailed analysis of the current situation of nursing staff and puts forward relevant strategies concerning nursing education development program. |
