摘    要:目的 为探讨放射性核素骨显像与血清前列腺特异抗原(PSA)深度联合检测在前列腺癌(PCa)中的临床意义。方法 对63例PCa、24例骨显像分级2级以上患者治疗后行骨显像及血清PSA含量测定结果进行了回顾性分析。结果 PCa患者血清PSA测定阳性率高,对临床诊断具有参考价值;而骨显像对于临床分期具有重要指导作用;24例显像分级2级以上的患者骨转移程度与血清PSA含量间有显著相关性。结论 骨显像与血清

Abstract:Objective In order to know about the clinic significance of combined detection by bone scan and serum levels of prostatic specific antigen (PSA) in patients with prostatic cancer(PCa). Methods The retrospective analysis was performed about the results of bone scan and serum PSA levels in patients with PCa and 24 cases of those with bone metastasis grade 2 or 3 after treatment. Results The positive ratio of PSA was high,and it had referential value in clinic diagnosis,while the bone scan had more important value in dividing clinic stages.The statistics showed that the relation is significant between grade of bone matastasis and serum PSA in 24 cases. Conclusion The combined detection of the bone scan and the serum PSA levels would play an important role in clinic diagnosis,treatment and prognosis judgment for the patients with PCa. [
