重度妊高征并发腹水46例临床分析

目的 探讨重度妊娠期高血压疾病综合征(妊高征)并发腹水的原因、临床特点和防治方法.方法 对我院2000年10月～2006年10月重度妊高征并发腹水者46例临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 通过对46例重度妊高征并发腹水的患者进行产前各种综合治疗并放宽剖宫产指征,无1例孕产妇死亡.结论 重度妊高征并发腹水病情极为严重,适时终止妊娠是唯一有效的方法;剖宫产有利于母婴安全.早期、系统、定期的产前检查可及时发现、预防重度妊高征及并发症的发生.

Clinical analysis of 46 cases of severe hypertension of pregnancy comlicating ascites

Objective To study the cause,clinical characteristics and preventive treatment of severe hypertension of pregnancy eomlieating aseites. Methods 46 eases of severe hypertension of pregnancy complicating aseites from Oct 2000 to 2006 were restrospeetively analyzed. Results 46 patients were treated by prenatal treatment with relaxed cesarean indication and no one died. Conclusion Severe hypertension of pregnancy eomlieating aseites is very serions. The only effective method is to end the pregnancy. Cesarean section is beneficial to both mother and infant. Early systematic prenatal examination can prevent the occurrence of severe hypertension of pregnancy and the complications.
