| 摘 要： | 目的建立溃疡散胶囊中黄芩苷的含量测定方法.方法采用HPLC法,KromasilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2),检测波长:280nm,流速:1ml?min-1.结果黄芩苷线性范围为0.3028～1.514μg,回收率(n=6)为97.65%,RSD=1.17%.结论本方法分离效果好,准确可靠,是检测溃疡散胶囊中黄苓苷含量的有效方法.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Kuiyangsan Capsules.METHODS HPLC method was developed for the determination of baicalin in Kuiyangsan Capsules on Kromasil C_ 18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),using methanol-water-H_3PO_4(47∶53∶0.2,v∶v)as a mobile phase(1.0ml·min-1)and detection wavelength was 280nm.RESULTS The calibration curve of baicalin was linear in the range of 0.3028～1.514μg(r=0.9995),and the average recovery was 97.65%(RSD=1.17%,n=6).CONCLUSION The method was convenient and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Kuiyangsan Capsules. |
