| 摘 要： | 目的:阐述罗格列酮改善2型糖尿病患者血脂及蛋白尿的药理,并进行临床观察。方法:选取糖尿病肾病且同时合并血脂异常的患者90例,设立自身对照组,加用罗格列酮12周,观察其对血脂及尿微量白蛋白的影响。结果:患者的血糖、血脂、微量白蛋白尿明显下降。结论:罗格列酮有较好的改善2型糖尿病患者血脂及蛋白尿的功效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explain pharmacological mechanism of rosiglitazone in improving blood lipids and proteinuria of the patients with type 2 diabetes and to undertake clinical observation.Methods:All 90 cases of the patients with diabetic nephropathy combined abnormal blood lipid level were treated rosiglitazone orally for 12 weeks self-control was designed and some indicators were obserred.Results:The levels of blood sugar,blood lipid and microalbuminuria were decreased significantly after the treatment.Conclusion:Rosiglitazone has better effects of improving blood lipids and proteinuria on the patients with type 2 diabetes. |
