| 摘 要： | 目的：观察玻璃酸钠关节内注射治疗骨关节炎的疗效。方法：对138例（152膝）骨关节炎患者关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,每周1次,每次2ml,5周为1个疗程。根据HSS膝关节评分标准进行评估,判定药物的疗效。结果：平均随访8.4个月,总有效率为86%,无明显不良反应。结论：玻璃酸钠为治疗膝关节骨关节炎的有效药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of sodium hyaluronate(SH) injection in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Method SH injection(2ml) was given five times at intervals of one week through routine knee joint puncture,and 138 cases(152 knees) were observed.Results The total effective rate was 86% after average follow-up of 8.4 months,and no poison or less side effect was found.Conclusion SH injection is an effective drug in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee. |
