小儿睾丸附件扭转的彩色多普勒超声诊断意义

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在诊断小儿睾丸附件扭转中的意义。方法回顾性分析我院1999年2月～2005年11月收治的小儿睾丸附件扭转病例的临床资料及超声检查结果。结果在所有病人中,发现蓝斑征9例(8.6%),痛性结节23例(21.9%),74例超声检查资料完整的病例中,超声检查在睾丸上极发现无血流回声结节67例,均经手术证实。结论彩色多普勒超声检查若发现睾丸上极附近无血流回声团,则提示睾丸附件扭转。超声检查在小儿睾丸附件扭转的诊断中具有重要的意义。

Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound For Torsion of Testicular Appendage in Children

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in patients with torsion of testicular appendage. Methods The clinical information and ultrasound finding of 105 children with torsion of the testicular appendage, from 1999 to2005, were analyzed retrospectively. Results In all patients, there were blue-dot sign in 9(8.6%) cases, tender nodule in 23(21.9%).Testicular appendix of absent blood flow on ultrosound were found in 67 of 74 cases. Conclusion The echo node of absent flow at the upper pole of the testis could diagnose the torsion of testicular appendage. Color Doppler sonography has very practical value in diagnosis of torsion of testicular appendage.
