| 摘 要： | 目的 研究鼠类肉瘤滤过性毒菌致癌同源体B1(BRAF)蛋白在结直肠癌发生锯齿状通路中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系. 方法 采用免疫组织化学技术检测20例结直肠增生性息肉、20例结直肠腺瘤组织(轻-中度不典型增生7例、重度不典型增生13例)和40例结直肠癌组织中BRAF蛋白的表达,并对其与临床病理因素的关系进行相关性分析. 结果 BRAF蛋白在结直肠增生性息肉、结直肠腺瘤、结直肠癌组织中阳性表达率各组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).BRAF的表达与结直肠癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05),而与结直肠癌的发病年龄、性别无关(P>0.05). 结论 BRAF蛋白的表达与结直肠癌的发生发展密切相关.BRAF蛋白表达在结直肠癌的诊断方面可能是比较好的协助诊断分型、判断预后因子.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of BRAF in the serrated neoplasia pathway of colorectal cancer,and to explore its relations with clinicopathological factors.
