星状神经节阻滞联合电针治疗颈面部带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床研究

目的 观察星状神经节阻滞联合电针治疗头面部带状疱疹后遗症的临床疗效.方法 将90例患者随机分为电针治疗组（A组）、星状神经节阻滞组（B组）和星状神经节阻滞＋电针治疗组（C组）,分别给予电针、星状神经节阻滞和星状神经节阻滞＋电针进行治疗1疗程后,根据VAS尺与疼痛障碍指数（PDI）对其治疗效果进行客观评价.结果 在止痛方面,3组患者经1个疗程的对症治疗后,疼痛均有不同程度的缓解,其中B、C两组患者疼痛减轻较为明显,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;各组间治疗后比较,C组患者疼痛程度明显低于A、B两组（P＜0.05）,A组与B组之间无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;在改善功能障碍方面,3组患者均有不同程度的功能恢复,与治疗前相比,均具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;治疗后各组间比较,C组患者功能恢复明显好于A组（P＜0.05）,而B与C组、A与B组之间无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 星状神经节阻滞＋电针治疗颈面部带状疱疹后遗症具有较好的临床效果,且明显优于单纯的电针或者星状神经节阻滞治疗,值得在临床上进一步推广.

Clinical observation of stellate ganglion block combined with electro-acupuncture in treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia in head and face

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of stellate ganglion block on patients with post-herpetic neuralgia in head and face. Methods Ninety patients with post-herpetic neuralgia in head and face were randomly divided into the EA group （A group）, stellate ganglion block group （B group） and stellate ganglion block＋EA group （C group）, The pa- tients were given EA, stellate ganglion block and stellate ganglion block＋EA for 14d. We will assess clinical effects ac- cording to the VAS scale and pain disorders index （PDI） after 14 days. Results The acesodyne of P, and C groups were significantly reduce after treatment and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The dysfunction of all the patients improved after treatment（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Stellate ganglion block＋ EA is a good treatment for patient with post-herpetic neuralgia in head and face,and the treatment is better than EA or stellate ganglion block only.
