钝化针尖圆利针聚刺法治疗粘连性肩周炎40例疗效观察

目的：观察用针尖钝化的圆利针行聚刺手法治疗粘连性肩周炎的临床优势。方法将80例肩周炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。观察组用圆利针聚刺治疗，每周1次，最多治疗5次；对照组采用推拿后毫针刺的疗法，每日1次，共治疗1个月，另于每周末加刮痧治疗1次共计4次。在治疗后、疗程结束后6个月时评价疗效。结果治疗后，两组痊愈率有明显差异（P〈0.01）；治疗后6个月时，两组痊愈率及总有效率均有明显差异（均P〈0.01）。结论钝化针尖圆利针独针聚刺法治疗粘连性肩周炎，痊愈率高，远期疗效佳。

The curative effects observation of blunt tip round needle therapy on scapulohumeral periarthritis by poly-acupuncturing tendon nodules of shoulder

Objective To observe the clinical advantage of blunt tip round needle therapy in treatment of scapulo-humeral periarthritis by ploy-acupuncturing tendon knots around shoulder. Methods All 80 patients were randomly di-vided into two groups with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was given blunt tip round needle therapy via poly-prick skill once a week, 4 times at most. The control group was given filiform needle acupuncture after massage once-daily for a month, combined with scrape therapy at the weekend, 4 times. Their therapeutic effects were com-pared for assessment at the end of the month and six months later the comparisons were done once again. Results After the treatments the clinically cured rate was high in the observation group with obvious difference compared with the very low cured rate in the control group（P〈0.01）. In the 6 months after the treatments the cured rate in the observation group was still kept high,and the total effective rates also showed significant difference between the groups （both P〈0.01）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of poly-acupuncture with blunt tip round needle was better than that of fili-form needle acupuncture,especially from the long-term effect.
