| 摘 要： | IL-21是近几年来被发现和关注的细胞因子,由活化的T细胞合成和分泌,主要通过激活NK细胞来发挥功能。已有的研究表明IL-21还可对T、B细胞和DC发挥重要的调节作用,并可能在促进天然免疫向获得性免疫转化中扮演了重要角色。

| Abstract: | Accumulated data have shown IL-21 secreted by active T cells can activate NK cells and regulate the function of T cells, B cells, and dendritic cells (DC). IL-21 play an important role in promoting the transforming of innate immunity to acquired immunity. |
