利胆化瘀片镇痛抗炎作用的实验研究

摘    要:[目的]观察利胆化瘀片的镇痛抗炎作用。[方法]以阿司匹林为对照药物,观察利胆化瘀片对小鼠热刺激和化学刺激所致疼痛的影响;采用二甲苯、冰醋酸等致炎剂,观察利胆化瘀片对小鼠耳廓肿胀及血管通透性的影响。[结果]利胆化瘀片可明显提高热板致痛的痛阈,维持时间长达4h以上,且随剂量增加而痛阈值增大;减少小鼠因冰醋酸所致的扭体次数,且随剂量增加而次数减少;明显抑制二甲苯所致的耳廓肿胀;对抗冰醋酸所致的腹腔毛细血管通透性增加。[结论]利胆化瘀片具有明显的镇痛抗炎作用。

Abstract:[Objective] To observe the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Lidan Huayu tablet(LHT).[Methods] Compared with aspirin,the analgesic effect of LHT on mice were investigated with hot plate method and aceticacid-induced body twist method;Anti-inflammatory actions of LHT and aspirin were observed on the models of xylene-induced auricular swelling,celiac capillary permeability of the blood vessl by acetic-acid in mice.[Results] LHT could increase the pain threshold obviously,and the effect maintained as long as 4 hours upwards,and reduce the frequency of body twist,and with the increase of dosage,the pain threshold was higher and higher;and the number of times of twisting body was lower and lower.LHT could inhibit xylene-induced auricular swelling and body twisting response reaction by acetic acid in mice.[Conclusion]Lidan Huayu tablet possesses strong analgesic and anti-inflammation effects.
