新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的护理

目的：探讨分析有效的护理干预模式对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的影响。方法回顾性分析我院从2013年3月到2013年12月在我院进行诊断治疗的新生儿人数48例，经过数字排号的方式，随机分为对照组24人和实验组24人，给予对照组的患儿普通护理与常规药物的使用，实验组在普通护理的基础上给予患儿加强保暖，喂养支持，抗惊厥药物等护理干预的方式。结果经对患儿的有效护理干预后，实验组在疗效上明显比对照组优越，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论临床通过有效的护理干预模式进行辅助治疗缺血缺氧性脑病的新生儿，可以有效地降低新生儿死亡率与减少后遗症的发生。

Neonatal Hypoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy Care

Objective Explore effective nursing intervention model analysis on neonatal hypoxic ischemic encepha -lopathy.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from March 2013 to December 2013 the number of neonatal diagnosis and treatment carried out 48 cases in our hospital , Arranging the way through the digital randomly divided into a control group and the experimental group , 24 and 24, Given to the control group of children using ordinary care and conventional medicine ,Experimental group received usual care in children with strengthening warm on the basis of ,Feed-ing support , anticonvulsant drugs such as nursing intervention approach.Results After the effective nursing intervention for children in the experimental group was significantly superior to the control group in efficacy , the difference was statis-tically significant （ P〈0.05 ）.Conclusions The clinical adjuvant treatment of neonatal hypoxic -ischemic encephalop-athy through effective nursing intervention model can effectively reduce neonatal mortality and reduce the incidence of complications.
