介入治疗成人激素性股骨头骨坏死疗效评估分析

目的 :评价介入治疗激素性股骨头骨坏死方法的可靠性和实用性。方法 :引用国内学者制定的成人股骨头骨坏死疗效评价法 ,对 1 8例病人分别于介入治疗后 6个月、1 2个月摄影复查 ,并对临床评价和 X线评价进行综合打分。结果 :经介入治疗 6个月、1 2个月后 ,优分别为 1 0例、1 7例 ,良分别为 1 3例、9例 ,可分别为 4例、2例 ,差分别为 2例、1例。结论 :该方法对 1期～2期病人疗效明显 ,可靠性大

Therapeutic evaluation of adult's steroid induced femoral head necrosis with interventional treatment

Objective To evaluate the reliability and practicability of interventional treatment for steroid induced femoral head necrosis.Method Through the evaluating method established by chinese scholars,18 cases were photographed respectively at the 6th and the 12th months after interventional treatment.The clinical analysis and X ray analysis were generally evaluated.Results After 6 and 12 months after interventional treatment,"excellent" was respectively 10 and 17 cases;"good" was respectively 13 and 9 cases;"general" was respectively 4 and 2 cases and "bad" was respectively 2 and 1 cases.Conclusion This method has a significant effect and reliability for patients in their first and second periods.
