玻璃体切除联合自体血清封闭特发性黄斑裂孔疗效观察

目的 :观察玻璃体切除联合自体血清封闭黄斑裂孔的临床效果。方法 :黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离患者 9例 (9只眼 ) ,施行玻璃体切除及 C3F8气体充填 ,术后随访 3个月～ 2 4个月 ,对裂孔封闭情况及视力、Am sler方格表 ,即手术并发症进行观察。结果 :手术 9只眼中 8只眼 (89% )裂孔完全封闭 ,视力 0 .0 5～ 0 .1有 5只眼 ,0 .2～ 0 .5有 4只眼 ,仅 1例因裂孔封闭不佳继发视网膜脱离术后主要并发症晶体混浊加重。结论 :玻璃体切除联合自体血清封闭黄斑裂孔可使患眼裂孔无损伤及时封闭 ,在此基础上视力得到不同程度的提高

Clinical study on vitrectomy combined with autologous serum for the treatment of idiopathic holes

Objective To investigate observation combined with autologous serum for the treatment of idiopathic macular holes.Methods Nine cases(9 eyes)with retinal detachment caused by macular hole were treated with gas tamponade(C 3F 8).The follow up periods ranges from 3 to 24 months.postoperatively,visual acuity,Amsler grid and complications were evaluated.Results Of the nine eyes,the closure of the holes was achieved in 8 eyes(89%).The postoperative visual acuity was 0.05 to 0.1 and there were 5 in there results.There were 4 eyes in 0.2 to 0.5.Only one eyes,the closure of the holes was unhealthy and secondary retinal detachment.The postoperative complication was lens turbid chiefly the aggravation of the lens.Conclusion There results indicate that vitrectomy combined with autologous serum can seal the macular hole well and improve the visual acuity in most patients.It points out that the methods of ours,time is shortly and cases is poorly.A large multicenter randomized prospective study and a longer period of follow up are needed to verify there results.
