充血性心力衰竭大鼠血浆降钙素基因相关肽的改变及卡托普利的作用

摘    要:目的 :为了进一步观察充血性心力衰竭大鼠血浆降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)的变化及卡托普利的作用。方法 :采用实验性腹主动脉狭窄大鼠模型 ,观察左室质量指数 (L VMI) ,放免测定血浆 CGRP。结果 :模型组 L VMI明显高于假手术组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,卡托普利组 L VMI较模型组明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;模型组血浆 CGRP明显低于假手术组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而卡托普利组血浆 CGRP较模型组明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :采用腹主动脉银夹狭窄方法建立充血性心力衰竭心肌肥厚动物模型是可靠的 ;该模型血浆 CGRP水平明显下降 ;卡托普利抗心肌肥厚的作用与其升高血浆 CGRP水平的因果关系有待进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective:It is to o confirm the change of plasma calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)in the rat with chronic congestive heart failure and effect of captopril. MethodsLeft ventricular mass index (LVMI), plasma CGRP were measured in the rat model by abdominal aortic stenosis. CGRP was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results It was showed that LVMI of model group increased(P<0.001, VS control group), while LVMI of captopril group decreased (P<0.05, VS model group), and plasma CGRP of model group decreased (P<0.05, VS control group), while plasma CGRP of captopril group increased (P<0.05, VS model group). Conclusion The animal model of chronic congestive heart failure in rats by abdominal aortic stenosis is reliable. The level of plasma CGRP in the model decreased. The relationship of captopril`s regressing myocardial hypertrophy effect and it`s increasing plasma CGRP action need further exploring.
