| 摘 要： | 目的:观察七叶皂苷钠对毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:32例轻中度毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组17例和对照组15例。对照组采用综合治疗,治疗组在综合治疗的基础上加用七叶皂苷钠。结果:两组气促缓解时间、哮鸣音消失时间、罗音消失时间、咳止时间、住院时间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05、0.01)。结论:七叶皂苷钠治疗轻中度毛细支气管炎有确切疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effects of aescine on bronchiolitis. Methods: 32 cases of bronchiolitis were randomized into 2 groups: treatment group (n=17) treated with aescine in addition to traditional therapy, and control group (n=15) only with traditional therapy. Resluts: The hospitalization days and recovery time of panting, wheezing and clinical coughing were all obviously shortened in the treatment group compared with the control group (P < 0.05, 0.01). Conclusion: Aescine was effective as an assistant therapy for children's bronchiolitis. |
