B-flow联合时间-空间相关成像技术在正常胎儿心血管系统中的应用

摘    要: 目的 评价四维B-flow联合时间-空间相关成像(STIC)技术在正常胎儿心血管系统中的临床应用价值。 方法 选择306胎孕20~39周正常胎儿,先在二维超声下进行常规扫查,然后进行B-flow显像及STIC数据采集。 结果 在306胎中,289胎在B-flow显像方式下STIC数据采集成功,采集成功率为94.44%(289/306);所采集的容积数据通过重建可获得下列心外血管:主动脉弓、动脉导管弓、降主动脉、下腔静脉、静脉导管、肝静脉及肺静脉。B-flow联合STIC技术对≥1条、≥2条、≥3条和4条肺静脉的显示率分别为100%(289/289)、97.23%(281/289)、81.31%(235/289)、46.37%(134/289),彩色多普勒超声的显示率分别为100%(289/289)、94.46%(273/289)、44.64%(129/289)、17.65%(51/289),二维灰阶超声显示率分别为100%(289/289)、93.08%(269/289)、40.83%(118/289)、15.92%(46/289)。采用B-flow联合STIC技术对于3条及以上肺静脉和4条肺静脉的显示率明显高于二维灰阶超声与彩色多普勒超声(P均<0.05)。 结论 B-flow联合STIC技术能较好地显示血流速度较低的细小血管,如肺静脉。
