超声弹性成像组织弥散定量分析技术在脂肪肝分度中的应用

摘    要: 目的 探讨超声弹性组织弥散定量分析技术在脂肪肝分度中的应用价值。方法 将75例脂肪肝患者(脂肪肝组)分为轻度(28例)、中度(26例)、重度(21例)3亚组,另设正常对照组30名。对所有受检者进行常规超声扫查后,使用实时组织超声弹性成像技术进行扫查,并行组织弥散定量分析,测量ROI内应变均值。结果 各组间超声弹性成像图表现有不同特点。弹性成像ROI内应变均值在各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超声弹性组织弥散定量分析技术在评价脂肪肝程度中具有独特优势和广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of the ultrasonic elastic quantitative analysis of organization diffusion technique in diagnosing fatty liver graduation. Methods Seventy-five patients with fatty liver (fatty liver group) were divided into mild subgroup (n=28), moderate subgroup (n=26) and severe subgroup (n=21), and 30 healthy subjects were enrolled as control group. All subjects underwent conventional ultrasound and then ultrasound real-time tissue elastography. The quantitative analysis of organization diffusion was performed, and the average strain of ROI was measured. Results Different characteristics of ultrasound elastography images appeared in different groups. The average strain of ROI was significantly different among the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonic elastic quantitative analysis of organization diffusion technique has unique advantages and broad prospects in the evaluation of fatty liver graduation.
