| 摘 要： | 目的应用改进HPLC法测定三黄片中黄芩苷的含量。方法采用HPLC法，甲醇：0．1％三氟乙酸水溶液（45：55）为流动相，检测波长为280nm。结果黄芩苷在24．0-120mg·L^-1线性范围内线性关系良好，相关系数r=0．9991（n=5）；平均回收率为98．6％，RSD：1．3％（n=5）。结论该方法稳定、简便易行、结果准确，可作为三黄片的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Aim To determine baicalin in sanhuang tablet by improved HPLC. Methods HPLC was used,and the methanol-0, l%trif- luoroacetic acid（45：55 ） was served as mobile phase ,and detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The linearity range of baicalin was with in the range of 24, 0 - 120 mg· L^-1 （ r = 0. 999 1 ,n = 5 ）. The average recovery rate was 98, 6% （ RSD = 1, 3%, n = 5 ）. Conclu- sion This method is stable, easy, accurate, and can be used in quality control of sanhuang tablet. |
