| 摘 要： | 溃疡性结肠炎中医病机复杂，笔者基于中医基础理论，结合现代研究成果及临床观察，提出肺脾功能失调、痰瘀阻络为溃疡性结肠炎（活动期）的主要病机之一。其中痰瘀作为溃疡性结肠炎发生发展过程中的病理产物与致病因素，在溃疡性结肠炎发病中起着十分重要的作用，深入溃疡性结肠炎痰瘀病机要素的研究，对探寻溃疡性结肠炎中医病因病机及证治规律其一有较大意义。

| Abstract: | The pathomechanisms of UC are very complicated. The writers raised that disfunction of lung and spleen, phlegm - stasis 6bstructing vessel is one of the pathomechanisms of UC which was based on the basic theory of TCM and combined with the fruits of modern research and clinical observation. The phlegm - stasis is not only the product but also the factor in the process of UC which is very important. The learning of phlegm and stasis that is the pathomechanism of UC which is very significant in studying the TCM pathomechanism of UC and the rides of patterns and treatments. |
